Overview

Life Saving Center Nepal is a full-stack web application developed for a non-profit organization to establish a strong digital presence while simplifying day-to-day operations through a centralized Content Management System (CMS).
The project consists of a modern, responsive public website and a secure administrative dashboard that allows authorized staff to manage programs, blogs, galleries, volunteers, job applications, staff members, reports, visitor analytics, and website settings without requiring technical expertise.
The platform is optimized for performance, search engines, and security, providing an efficient solution for both public engagement and organizational management.

The Problem

The organization relied on manual processes and lacked a centralized digital platform to:

•  Present its mission and programs professionally 
•  Publish blogs and organizational updates 
•  Manage volunteers and job applications 
•  Organize photo galleries and testimonials 
•  Maintain website content without developers 
•  Track website traffic and visitor analytics 
•  Provide transparent access to reports and information 

These limitations made website management inefficient and reduced public engagement.

The Solution

I designed and developed a complete web-based Content Management System (CMS) alongside a responsive public website.

The solution enables administrators to update every section of the website through an intuitive dashboard while visitors can easily explore programs, submit volunteer applications, read blogs, browse galleries, and contact the organization.

The system streamlines content management, improves accessibility, enhances security, and provides real-time visitor analytics.
